We ship to the UK, Europe and worldwide subject to local laws operating in the delivery country. Shipments within the UK are duty and VAT paid, meaning the price paid is a fully inclusive price.
Please note many countries, outside the UK and EU, charge import duty and tax on alcohol imports. These additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer and will have to be paid directly to the local customs clearing house, usually the courier, before a package can be delivered. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information of likely charges for your delivery location.
Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday; to ensure prompt delivery someone, over the age of 18, must be present to sign for the parcel.
If no-one is available to sign for the parcel, our delivery company will leave a contact card with instructions for customer to call their local depot. If the customer does not then call their local depot, the parcel is returned to us after a week – the cost of which will be passed on to the customer. If the parcel is returned to us and you do not wish us to re-send it, we will issue a refund, less any shipping costs. To re-send the parcel we will have to charge an additional delivery fee.
Please contact the local depot / post office as soon as a card is received to re-arrange delivery or collection.
We have commercial arrangements with several leading couriers including UPS, DHL and Royal Mail. The most appropriate courier will be utilised based upon delivery location and timeframe requested by the buyer.
